After adding a new member to the list, you need to provide:

• Full name | Nick

• Workspace name | cgDeco

• Access to the member directory | \cgDeco\Team\Nick

• Access to the project directory | \cgDeco\Projects\Project1

With this information, your team member can set the existing workspace on his computer.
